Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP)


The Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) is required by the “No Child Left Behind” act. The CSAP assessment is designed to measure how well students are learning the required material, and what they should know at specific parts of their education (i.e., the Colorado Model Content Standards). Students are required to take the assessment at their grade level in grades 3-10. The Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) assessment is graded on 4 levels: Level 4-advanced, Level 3- proficient, Level 2-partially proficient and Level 1- unsatisfactory.
