Hawaii State Assessment (HSA)

The purpose of the Hawaii State Assessment (HSA) is to see how close students come to meeting the Hawaii Content and Performance Standards. This test is administered to grades 3-10. The Hawaii State Assessment (HSA) is not used to restrain or promote students. The HSA test measures the proficiency in math and reading as to state standards.
